He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Bailey and Lillian Bailey (Bathie); and his brothers, Tom and Richard. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Mutchler of Lone Rock and Deborah Nelson (Tony). He is also survived by her three sons, daughter, and five great-grandchildren.
