He was predeceased by : his parents, Carol and Ruth; and his brother Peter. He is survived by : his wife Jackie; his children, Scott and Jen; his granddaughter Ada; and his siblings, Sue, Mary and Paul.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel (120 N Park St, Richland Center, WI 53581). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
