She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Kohn (Rennhack). She is survived by: her father James Kohn; her husband Jeff; her stepchildren, Madeline, Aimee and Christopher; her siblings, Jon Kohn, Dan Roth (Becca), Makayla Petrick (Tom), Megan Cornell (Tyler) and Tina Roth (Gene); and her parents-in-law, Ricky and June Born. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
