Jewett of Rhinelander; his son David Johnson (Christine) of Rapids City; his grandson Connor; his great grandchild Noaa; his daughter Michelle Gilbert (Michael); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen and Julia of Beaumont, Texas.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
