It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Elaine Raske of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Hall and Minnie Hall (Bowman); her husband Frank Raske; and her brothers, Richard and Douglas Hall.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Smith; her granddaughter Misty Smith (Steve Schader); her great grandchild Silas Schader; her close friend Bernard Fulayter; Joe and John.
