She is survived by: her granddaughter Amber Perkins-Castellano (Aaron); her sister Bonnie Kaminski (Clure); her husband Jerry; her daughter Becky; her nephews, Matt Kaminski (Beth) and Paul (Leanne); and her niece Nicole Huebner (Steve).
