He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel S. Moore and Judith H. Moore (Holmberg). He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Sandy Jackson (Blair) of Sioux Falls and David Moore (Sharon) of Flagstaff; his stepsons, Scott Kelley (Lisa) of Marco Island, Jeffrey Kelley (Heidi) of Rhinelander and Travis Kelley of Stoughton; and his sisters, Roxanne Watkins (Nathan) of Peoria and Bonnie Dhein (Herb) of Sun City. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law; Also surviving are nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a scholarship will be established in Chet's name.
