He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kuckkahn and Effie Kuckkahn (Larson); and his siblings, Kathy, William and Neil.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Jivery (Kahara); his children, Debra Zimbler, Tammy Jivery, Daniel Kuckkahn (Wendy) and Dean Kuckkahn (Sheila); his grandchildren, Patricia Jean, Joseph, Michael, Daniel, Dean, Matt, Jason, Austin and Brad; his great grandchildren, Kenneth Jr. Charles, Tara Jacob, Sierra, Jannes, Michael Jr., Aleah, Zach, Hayden, Hunter, Hudson, Avery, Isaac, Natalie, Jaxon, Aurora, Lorelei, Briggs, Francesca, Delilah, Kyle and Cody; and his siblings, Sandra Kuckkahn, Judy Larabell (Tim), Maureen Dealeiden, Dale and Greg Kuckkahn.
