She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Bisbing (Condella); and her stepfather Charles Wittrock. She is survived by: her father John Bisbing; and her brother Donald Bisbing.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Dee's name and any gifts may be sent to her family.
