He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel DeByle and Murly DeByle; his wife Janet Cleary; and his sister Diane Pokrandt. He is survived by: his children, Luanne Balinski of Lake Mohawk, NJ, Kathy Miller (Terry), Jean Dietz (Steve) and Tom DeByle (Lisa) of Windham, NH.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial for local charities is being established in Speck's name and any gifts may be directed to his family.
