He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kubesh (Glinski); his children, Laurie Kubesh-Little and Michael Kubesh (Melanie); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Megan; his siblings, Georgie and Roger; and his pet Kobe.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Ed's name and any gifts may be directed to his family.
