He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gail Ramsey and Pearl Marie Ramsey; his former wife Alma Ramsey; his wife Carol Ramsey; and his siblings, Ronald Ramsey and Joanne Schreier.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Patrick Ramsey (Sarah) and Shawn Ramsey (Kelly Staerzl); his brother Jack Ramsey (Theresa); and his stepchildren, Christina Peterson (Joe), Renae Eades, Scott Eades, Brian Blattler and Missy Lee. He is also survived by his many siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ramsey Memorial fund (https://everloved.com) to support establishment of a scholarship for Rhinelander High School seniors pursuing advanced education in hospitality services.
