He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl Ostrom, Dolores Johnson, Alice Johns and Fate Moody; and his cousin Matthew Moody.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Ostrom and Lena Ostrom (Moody); his wife Megan Germer; his children, Fallon and Adler; his brothers, Randy Ostrom (Darla) and Luke Ostrom; his nephew Easton; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Robin Germer.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Jeb's name to benefit his children.
