He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Bliss and Addie Straight Bliss Miller; his stepfather Jacob Miller; his in-laws, Clarence and Doris Soderlund; his sisters, Genevieve Miller (Lawrence) and Shirley Miller (Joe); and his brother-in-law David Soderlund.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Greg Soderlund (Mary), Jan Gretenhart (Keith) and Pamela Soderlund. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
