He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ruffie and Florena Ruffie (Parsons). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Klem; his sons, Duane Ruffie (Cheryl) and Gary Chambers; and his siblings, Beverly Wilson, Sharon Luse and David Ruffie (Twyla). He is also survived by his four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
