He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Alsteen (Gauthier) and Lester Alsteen; and his siblings, Francis "Butch" Alsteen, Lester "Johnny" Alsteen, Loretta "Kootz" Voldness and Barbara Moore.
He is survived by: his friend Paula; his son James; his daughter-in-law Penny Alsteen; his grandchildren, Brandon, Katrina (Marques) and Katlin (Chad); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Easton, Mason and Remington; his siblings, Dewey Alsteen, Don Alsteen (Sharen), Shirley Bickett (Bill) and Sharon Alsteen; and his sister-in-law Kathy Alsteen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
