He was predeceased by: his father Ron Doak; his grandparents, Alexander, Jennie Doak and Douglas Pfister; his uncles, Alex, William and Jerry; and his cousins, Daniel and David.
He is survived by: his mother Jayne Doak; his siblings, Brian Doak (Susan), Jeff Doak, Kim Konrath (Scott) and Marcus Doak (Sara); his siblings' children, Hope, Nova, Charlie, Junia, Anderson, Henry, Delaney, Abigail and Jameson; and his grandmother Janet Pfister. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
