She is survived by: her husband Zenon John Panek; her children, Lisa Haseltine (Tim) and Bryan Panek (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Alyssa Heishman (Haseltine), Alex Haseltine, Ryan Haseltine, Nathan Panek and Olivia Panek; her great grandchildren, Rhydan Haseltine Riggio and Sutton Haseltine Hebert; and her siblings, Ron Sanchez (Bonnie), Rose Malloy, Betty Ashley, Pat Hurlburt, Linda Warnke, Michael Lucas and Wally Ericson.
