He was predeceased by: his father Otto W. Tulowitzky; his former wife Linda Tulowitzky (Bailey); his mother Wanda Brown-Tulowitzky (Kibble); his father-in-law Neil Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Charlie Wilke and David Bailey; his half-brother Norman Kibble; and his close friend Bill Whittaker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Tulowitzky (Meyer); his son Travis Tulowitzky (Laura); his grandchildren, Izaak and Nola; his children, Jacques, Finn, Van, Mia, Noella and Belief; his sister Kathleen Wilke (Tulowitzky); his half-sister Violet Russell (Kibble); his siblings-in-law, Brenda Kibble, Lucille Majerus (David) and John Meyer (Betty); and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, or gifts, donations may be directed to the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry, to be used for the Weekend Food for Kids program, in his honor.
