He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazimierz Haftarski and Janina Haftarski (Ensminger); his wives, Marianna Haftarski and Adeline Haftarski; and his close friend Lottie.
He is survived by: his children, John Haftarski (Danuta), Margaret Roemheld (Steve) and Peter Haftarski (Kathy); and his sister Irena Clayton. He is also survived by five grandsons, seven great-grandchildren.
