He is survived by: his wife Jan Boho; his children, Tracey Ubl (Scott), Richard "Dicky" Franek and Tammy Spacek (Wes Kornuth); his grandchildren, Coleman, Athena "Tina" Ubl, Daniel and Cole Spacek (Ashley); his great grandchild Braxton Spacek; and his sister-in-law Pat Pierce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
