He was predeceased by: his father Clarence J. Belohlav (Tamer); his former wife Bonnie Belohlav; and his siblings, Roger Belohlav and Charleen Hanrahan (James). He is survived by: his children, Tracy Kusek (Tim) of Lake Tomahawk and Jason Belohlav of Rhinelander; his grandchildren, Hayley, Jack and Skylar; and his sister-in-law Nancy Belohlav of West Allis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
