With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Weatherley of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, born in Des Arc, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2025 at the age of 46. He was predeceased by: his father William B. Weatherley; his grandparents, Oscar, Loreen Neeley, William and Joanne Weatherley; his sister Cathy Weatherley; his stepfather Johnny Kitchens; his aunt Joanne Inman; and his parents-in-law, Larry and Audrey Ligman.
He is survived by: his mother Betty F. Weatherley (Neeley) of Rhinelander; his wife Tracey Ligman; his daughter Grey; his sister-in-law Tammy Landis of Rhinelander; his close friends, Thomas Barnett of Rhinelander, LeRoy Schmieder and Anthony Alsteen; his cousins, Toni and Tammy; and his pet Dottie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hildebrand Funeral Home (24 E Davenport St, Rhinelander, WI 54501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of William may be given to the family.
