She is survived by: her husband Gary Bohm; her children, Michelle Jacobs and Chad Bohm (Corrie); her grandchildren, Brendan, Jordan Jacobs, Miles and Olivia Bohm; and her sisters, Monica Nest (Dan) and Deb Zahrt (Mike). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
