He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kreuzer and Lucille Kreuzer (Dietzler); and his brother Jim Kreuzer. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his siblings, Nancy Van Sleet (Don) and John Kreuzer (Sue) of South Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, Elyse Wiegand (Dave), Joanne Genrich, John Waldinger (Chris), Robert "Bob" Waldinger (Pat) and Mary Scholes (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Newman Catholic Classical School at Holy Name.
