He is survived by: his father Robert Canham; his daughters, Heather Michalak (Kenneth) and Jenifer Canham (Mike); his siblings, Patrick Canham (Mary Ellen), Randall Canham (Diane), Susan Canham and Scott Canham; his sister-in-law Mary Beth Canham; and his girlfriend Jenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
