Florence Irma Gronski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence Irma Gronski of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Irma Gronski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Skrupky and Rose Skrupky (Diehn); her husband John Gronski; her children, Florence and John Jr.; her sons-in-law, Roger Erickson and Bradley Linder; and her siblings, Harry Skrupky, Margaret Frankenberg, Katherine Ajewski, Verna Kisling, Dorothy Hessel, Harriet Dullinger and Caroline Gronski.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Kopras (Larry), Mary Hom (Troy), Laurie Linder and Steve Gronski (Heather); her daughter-in-law Rita Gronski; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kopras, Eric Kopras (Marie), Melissa Weber (Chad), Nick Gronski (Melissa), Samantha Gronski, Janelle Larson, Brian Erickson (Cynthia), Jack Linder (Lyndsey), Jeff Linder (Julie), Madison, Michael and Matthew Gronski; and her sister Barbara Clausen. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church-Strickland (W16431 Old Hwy 14, Rice Lake, WI 54868). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the church.
