He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin C. Heitzman and Leah E. Heitzman (Enfield); his wife Nancy Marlene Conway; his daughter-in-law Patti Heitzman; and his sister Patricia Ann Stauthammer.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad Heitzman (Denise) of Rice Lake and Ed Heitzman (Val) of Clinton, Washington; his grandchildren, Shaun Heitzman (Amanda) of Clinton, Megan Coile (Cody) of Manito, Whitney Heitzman (Jeff Markette) of Hamilton, Leah Osborn (Derrick) of Green Valley and Kris Lindsey of Jacksonville, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Maci Coile, Connor Coile, Claire Osborn, Henry Heitzman, Lorelei Heitzman, Hazel Osborn and Lane Osborn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
