He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Ralph Randolph Miller and Mary Charlotte Miller, RN (Peterson); his grandson Daniel; his daughter Bryn; and his former wife Jan.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Elaine Miller (Satterfield).
In lieu of flowers, we suggest donations to First Presbyterian Church of Elgin, 240 Standish Street, Elgin, IL 60123, where Dave and Jan worshipped starting in 1967. The "Dave and Jan Memorial Fund" is being established.
