She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Smith Muth and Maude; her husband Jesse Hendricks; her son Edward Burns Hendricks (Diane); and her siblings, George Muth (Dorothy), Ed Muth (Jean), Frank LeRoy Muth (Bernice), Milford LaVerne Muth (Ilene), Lorna Paulson (LaMont) and Gloria Mickelson (Tom).
She is survived by: her daughter Jolene Coy (LaVerne); and her grandchildren, Lori Beatty (Steve) of Hillsboro, WI, Steve Coy (Robyn) of Sauk City, WI, Tracy Ladd (Leif), Scott Hendricks (Dawn), Eric Hendricks (Michelle) and Randy Hendricks. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great grandchildren.
