He is survived by: his wife Toni Carter of Richland Center; his children, Ian Carter (Ann) of La Crosse, Aaron Carter of Richland Center and Rachel Carter (Michael) of Moline, IL; and his siblings, Robin Cosgrove (Mick) of Richland Center, Rick Carter (Cindy) of Dale, WI, Rory Carter (Kelly) of Omro, WI and Regina Collins (Blair) of Coon Valley.
