He was predeceased by: his father Roman Schlimgen. He is survived by: his mother Grace Schlimgen (Lybek) of Barneveld, WI.; his former wife Lynn Daniels (Rick); his sons, DJ Schlimgen (Melissa) and Robby Schlimgen (Andraea); his grandchildren, Cohlman, Kaydn, Lila, Reid and Macee; his godfather Glenn Schlimgen; his siblings, Chuck Schlimgen (Lynn), Patty Powers (Dave), Bill Schlimgen (Diane), Kathy Mauger (Tom), Ken Schlimgen (Ann) and Dennis Schlimgen (Lisa); and his goddaughter Heather Schmitz (Derek). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Gorgen-McGinley & Ayers Funeral Home (400 E Grace St, Dodgeville, WI 53533). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:50 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
