She is survived by: her friend Melva Phillips; her husband Glenn Lewis; her children, Marie, Rodney (Cathy), Ronald and Lori (OJ); her grandchildren, Kimberly Gratz (Mark), Jesse Cleary (Danielle), Cole Lewis (Caitlyn), Courtney Duberry (Jasper), Vince Lewis, Augie Herr, Joy Peterson (Marcus), Megan McWilliams (Adam) and Ben McWilliams (Megan); her great grandchildren, Boone (Jesse), Madelyn, Brayden (Ben), Lennon, Luca (Megan), Olivia, Lincoln (Cole) and Jettson (Courtney); her brothers, Ken Cowley (Concetta), Doug Cowley (Patricia) and Dennis Cowley (Sandra); her sisters-in-law, Gail Lewis and Joanne Cowley; and her sister Bev Hoernke.
