She was predeceased by: her father Fred Mikle; her husband Arlan Younk; her siblings, Don Mikle (Ruby) and Jeanne Bero (Ernest); and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Mikle.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Olson (Patrick) of Sturgeon Bay and Jerry Younk (Vicky) of Bemidji, MN; and her siblings, Frank Mikle (Carol) and Caroline Nichols. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
