He was predeceased by : his father Roger Corliss; his stepfather Numia; his grandparents, Sidney, Shirley Jameson and Tiresa Mase; and his cousin Amanda.

He is survived by : his mother Bonnie Morquske Toese; his aunts and uncles, Nick, Cindy Kuenzli, Roger Jameson and Sandra Morauske; his foster mother Linda Martin; and his cousins, Tonya, Tammy, Andrew, Adrian, Sidney, Ted, Junior and Leslie.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to make memorials to Northwoods Inc. of WI in Portage in memory of Jeff.
