He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Del, Evelyn Deering, Charles and Mayme Biba. He is survived by : his parents, John Deering and Rose Deering (Biba); his wife Bonnie Deering (Tinkham); his daughters, Amber Deering and Leah Deering; and his siblings, Sue Beahm (Todd) and Andrew Deering (Beth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
