He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Keith Epps and Muriel Epps; his sister Susan Epps (Amend); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Amend and Sally Bahr Epps.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Warner (Rick) and Randy White (Amanda) of Kansas; and his siblings, Stephen of Rio, WI, David (Margaret) of Galena, IL, Joseph (Jean) of Cleveland, TX, Thomas (Lois) and Beth Ann Scott (George) of Rio, WI. He is also survived by Aunt Audrey Pheiffer, IL; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
