David Wood Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Wood of Ripon, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wood and Dorothy Wood (Wilhelms); his son Matthew Wood; his brother Les; his sister-in-law Pat Wood; his son-in-law Don Shumate; his godson Adam Wood; and his in-laws, Darrell and Berdine Kroll.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Wood; his daughters, Sarah Wood (Tim) and Anne Shumate (Montell) of Green Bay, WI; his grandchildren, Kylee, Zach, Grace, Matthew and Katie; his stepgrandchildren, Davin, Dillon and Katie; his sister Linda Neuenfeldt; his brother-in-law Gary Kroll (Jean); his sister Yukiko Yushino; and his godmother MaryAnn Woicek. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
