He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Matthias and Delores Matthias (Beyer); his mother-in-law Marjorie Buelow; and his uncle Arnold Matthias. He is survived by: his wife Debra Matthias of Ripon, WI; his daughters, Tracy Matthias of Ripon, WI and Kelly Rademacher (Jake) of Rosendale, WI; his grandchildren, Silas, August and Selene Rademacher; his brother David Matthias (Cynthia) of Waukesha, WI; his father-in-law Duane Buelow; his siblings-in-law, Marsha Adam (Bob), Cheryl Curtin (Jeff) and Duane Buelow (Amy); and his aunt Daisy Matthias. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home (515 Mayparty Dr, Ripon, WI 54971). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
