James Chase Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Chase and Jane Chase (Helm); his siblings, Myron, Melvin, Richard Chase, Mary Glatz and Bonnie Salm; his son-in-law Derek Park; his brothers-in-law, Robert Reiter, Randy Manthei and Thomas Manthei; and his granddaughter Jessica Lum.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy Manthei; his daughters, Julie Park of Kaneohe, HI, Janice Lum of Waianae, HI and Jaycee Myers (Larry) of Waianae, HI; his grandchildren, James Mendes (Carrie), Marissa Lemamea-Ota (Alex), Radiant Perkins (John), Jennifer Thompson (Sterling), Nicholas Yuson (Wailani), Jaymi Yuson and Mike Yuson; his siblings, Carol Reiter of Omro, Sharon David (Brad) of Oshkosh, Michael Chase (Kathy) of Green Bay, Susan Doemel (Charles) of Oshkosh, Kathy Hughes (Joseph) of Oshkosh and Connie Doemel (Jim) of Marinette; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Glatz of Oshkosh and Jim Salm of Neenah. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
