He is survived by : his son Nhut; his wife Ann-Marie Fohr; his children, Lisa Kaufman (Sam) of Waupun, Rebecca Chappa (Doug) of Culdesac, ID, Karl Nygren of Alamogordo, NM, Nathan Nygren (Natalie) of Appleton, Matthew Nygren (Allison) of Reedsburg and Andrew Nygren (Jennifer) of Brandon, WI.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Ryan, Kaleb, Cullen, Noah, Abigail, Justus, Madeleine, Willow, Clive, Owen, Summer, Henry, Francis, Caleb, Shalom, Hoshea, Elishah and Mosheh; and his siblings, Carol Boyden and Jerry Nygren (Shirley).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trinity Evangelical Free Church (777 Harvey St, Ripon, WI 54971). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
