She is survived by : her daughter Marie; her husband Donald Tollard; her children, Gregory Disterhaft (Wanda), Audrey Dorsey (Mike) and Amy Kamphuis; her stepdaughter Roxanne Tollard; her grandchildren, Andrew Kamphuis (Alicia), Michael Dorsey, Nicholas Kamphuis, Taylor Dorsey, Courtney Zumer (Clint), Eric Kamphuis, Meghan Kamphuis and Kylie Disterhaft; her great grandchildren, Aiden Kamphuis, Payton King and Maverick Zumer; her siblings, Raymond Kasuboski, Fred Kasuboski (Sally), Peter Kasuboski (Laurie), Bernice Wagner, Teresa Miller and Angeline Chappa; and her siblings-in-law, MaryJane Kapp, Doria Disterhaft, Patricia Disterhaft, Mary Ann Kasuboski, Joyce Kasuboski, Barb Kasuboski and Jerry Wrage. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Roxanne's children.
