With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sally Fleming (Ripon, Wisconsin), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Carter and Mary-Jessie Carter (Nash); and her sisters, Mary Eager and Anne Carter. She is survived by: her husband Andy Fleming; her children, Sarah (Michael), Nancy (Ken) and William (Shelley); and her siblings, Nancy Kuhn, Jane Carter and David Carter (Nancy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; one step-grandchild; seven great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
