He is survived by: his mother Colleen Kok (Harmsen); his sons, Myles Kok of Minnetonka, MN and Silas Kok of Orcus Island, WA; and his brother Matt Kok (Irene) of Woodstock, IL. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends.
