She was predeceased by : her sister Dawn Marie Theis; her grandparents, Jerome, Loretta Theis, Byron and Janet Dopkins; and her uncles, Bob Schaar and Roger O'Connor.

She is survived by : her parents, Jerome Theis and Nancy Anderson (Del); her brothers, Troy Theis and Travis Theis; her nephew Tucker Sylvester; her nieces, Bailey and Taytum Theis; and her pet Mongo. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles; many cousins and other relatives, friends.
