With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Ann Ristow Chance (River Falls, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ristow and Stella Ristow (Tryggestad). She is survived by: her children, Sheila Chance, Karen Saumer, Darrel Chance and David Chance; and her grandchildren, Brandon Saumer, Shane Saumer (Beth), Travis Saumer (Annah), Wade Chance (Deborah), Wesley Chance (Diana), Clint Chance (April), Darrin Chance (Anna), Sarah Lane Lawrence (Walt) and Corey Trump. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be directed to Luther Memorial Church in River Falls or Betty's favorite charity St Judes Children's Research Hospital.
