He is survived by: his siblings, Cathie Simmons, Diana Rickard, Judy Wittmer, Jerry Bazille and Dale Bazille; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Bazille, Carrie Ellingworth, Robin Bazille, Chuck Simmons and Larry Rickard. He is also survived by his family and animals.
