He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Howe; his children, Lisa Howe and Scott Howe (Michelle); his foster son Phil Roethle (Andy Gardner); his grandchildren, Christian Rear (Ashley), Archer Olson, Apollo Olson and Ari Olson; his great grandchild Scarlett Kolve; and his siblings, Brent Howe (Mary), Randy Howe (Mona), Julie Wirth (Dave) and Russell Howe (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
