He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Kogge; his son-in-law Kenneth Kogge; his grandchildren, Amani, Sophie, Louie, Leo and Cora; his daughter Mollie Madia; his son-in-law Ashwin Madia; his grandchildren, Aria, Ana, Rohan, Kavan and Eva; and his siblings, Cheryl Schreiner, Linda Seitz and Curtis Kreibich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
