He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Hamm and Irene Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Mayhew); his sisters, Judy McCollum of Rock Island, IL and Mary Boquist of Rock Island, IL; his sons, Roger Hamm (Margaret) and Martin Hamm (Lynn); his grandchildren, Mariah Hamm (Elizabeth) and Shai Mayhew (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Ames and Margot.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (300 Stout St, Chetek, WI 54728). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at The Deerfield Presbyterian Homes in New Richmond, WI for the care and love David received in his journey through Alzheimer's.
